Keith Johnson has over 36 years of experience in the water treatment and environmental engineering fields, providing the background needed to conduct a wide range of problem solving, economic analysis, treatment program monitoring and supervision, conceptual design and regulatory compliance services for commercial, industrial and engineering clients.
Mitco, Inc (1999-2011)
 VP of Product Technology
  • Management of all water treatment chemical product lines, evaluation of product performance, and preparation of product literature, product technical application documents, and ISO 9001 and 14001 processes and documents.

  • Supervision of compliance with applicable regulatory agency requirements including OSHA, EPA, ANSI/NSF, FDA, USDA, and State pesticide laws.

  • Technical assistance to clients, to optimize water supply, potable water, commercial/industrial water treatment and waste treatment programs.

  • Development and implementation of specialized training programs for Mitco and clients.

  • Identification and integration of related product technology to broaden the product offering of Mitco, Inc. Examples include solid feed product offerings, odor control technology, dust suppression products, new biocide actives, etc.

Ashland Chemical (1988-1999)
 Drew Industrial Division
  • Marketing Manager, Water Treatment; Boiler Water Product Manager, Wastewater Polymer Product Manager and Cooling Water Product Specialist. 

  • In 1988 and 1989, Keith was the Cooling Water Product Manager for Olin Water Services in Overland Park, Kansas.

  • Ashland acquired Olin Water Services in 1989. Keith was responsible for new product development, technical training and support, technical and product assistance to international distribution partners, and general business management of the water treatment division.

Wright Chemical Corporation (1985-1988)
 
  • From 1985 to 1988, Keith worked at Wright Chemical Corporation, where he was responsible for general water treatment product management and technical support activities. His activities included application support in the brewing industry as well as the Chemical Process Industry.

 
Betz Laboratories (1978-1982)
 
  • Mr. Johnson, with Betz Laboratories, initially provided technical support for cooling and waste water treatment programs in the primary metals industry in the Midwest

  • He then became the Sales Engineer in heavy industry along the Ohio River.
